Current Research Efforts

  • Carbon materials, particularly through the development of new synthesis strategies and applications, and understanding of properties of unconventional carbon-based materials including graphene, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, amorphous carbon, "curved" carbon, diamond, fullerenes, nanotubes, nano-onions, “peapods”, foams, films and membranes, as well as relevant 2D materials and nanostructures
