Parking on Campus

Parking information for members of and visitors to the School of Chemistry:

  • PhD students have the same parking entitlements as staff. The cost is $976 per year with payment to be made to Estate Management, Level 2 (Pavilions Level) Matthews Building (F23), at the time of enrolment.
  • Honours students can only park on campus between the hours of 3.30pm and 7.00am. The cost is $255 per year with payment to be made to Estate Management, Level 2 (Pavilions Level) Matthews Building (F23), at the time of enrolment.
  • Visiting Fellows are entitled to free parking for the length of their stay at UNSW. A letter needs to be provided by the Head of School, which is then taken to Estate Management, Level 2 (Pavilions Level) Matthews Building (F23). You will be given a sticker to put on your windscreen.
  • Short Term Visitors can collect a day pass from Jodee Anning (Project Officer), Room 109 Dalton Building. If your visitor’s appointment at UNSW is planned well in advance, a day pass parking permit can be mailed to the visitor ahead of time – this is much more convenient.
  • UNSW and USyd have a reciprocal parking arrangement. Day passes for visitors to USyd are available from Jodee Anning (Project Officer), Room 109 Dalton Building.
