This annual residential conference has become a feature of the heterocyclic calendar. It is held at one of a select few venues in the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales, south-west of Sydney. In 2015 the meeting was held at the Gibraltar Hotel, Bowral, an ideal setting for lively scientific discussion and exchange.

Conference Invited Speakers

The 2015 Conference President was Associate Professor Jonathan Morris. He was responsible for setting the scientific program. Invited speakers were:

  • Katherine Law (University of Sydney)
  • Justin Spence (University of Adelaide)

Postgraduate Student Awards

Postgraduate scholarship awards were made to Mr Justin Spence, Ms Katherine Law and Mr Jie Xiang Yin, and presented by Dr Robert Rezaie on behalf of sponsors, Tasmanian Alkaloids Pty Ltd. These awards are designed to encourage participation in the conference by outstanding scholars with academic ambitions, and each of the awardees accepted the invitation to present their work.

Poster Awards

Poster awards were presented to: Hiu Lam and Kevin Kuan by Dr Althea Tsang, representing sponsors Davies Collison Cave.
